Haun - Certified Teacher
My Pilates journey began as a way to reconnect with both my body and mind. What started as a simple curiosity about movement soon became a deeply personal practice of mindfulness and healing.

With a background in psychology, I believe that movement is a conversation between the body and the mind - an opportunity to listen, respond, and find balance from within. Through Pilates, I discovered how awareness and breath can restore both physical alignment and emotional stability.

As a STOTT Pilates–certified instructor, my goal is to help clients cultivate mindful strength and genuine confidence in their own bodies.
In every session, I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering - where each person can move with curiosity, build resilience, and rediscover the joy of feeling fully present in movement and in life. - Haun

Yvette - Certified Teacher

I have a passion for inspiring people through the practice of movement we all know and love - Pilates. I graduated with my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science with an Honors degree in Australia. I then travelled to Canada to expand my knowledge and experience, continuing my studies throughout my move across the Pacific. I went on to complete my Clinical Pilates Instructor training course with Breathe Education.

My interest in Pilates stems from a desire to strengthen my technique and cultivate a mindset focused on achieving ideal alignment, as well as improving overall physical and mental health. Having grown up as a competitive sprinter, I experienced a few misalignments in my body and turned to Pilates as a way to restore balance, enhance alignment, and perform at my best.

I have a keen interest in continuing to learn how the body moves and in treating each person as a blank canvas, ready to create an art form through this practice.
For me, Pilates is a personal journey for every individual,
and I enjoy being a positive influence and support for my clients along the way. - Yvette
Jenny - Certified Teacher
My passion for Pilates began in 2019 at the Vancouver Pilates Centre (VPC), where I completed 400 hours of certification training. This journey has been transformative, deepening my understanding of the Pilates Method and its ability to enhance movement and improve quality of life. I am currently advancing my education to strengthen my theoretical knowledge of Pilates principles and functional anatomy, focusing on intermediate-level repertoire across all apparatus. This training also equips me to work with special populations and conditions, such as pregnancy, osteoporosis, and low back pain, enabling me to design personalized programs for diverse client needs.

Movement has always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I explored ballet, sports dance, modern dance, and traditional Korean dance, which shaped my fascination with the art and science of movement. As a yoga instructor and personal trainer, I discovered that Pilates brought a unique freedom and ease to how I move, and it became my mission to share that experience with others. Teaching Pilates allows me to help my clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.

Outside of teaching, I find inspiration in the natural beauty of British Columbia through hiking, camping, and running. I also enjoy exploring new workout spaces in Vancouver and beyond, combining my love of fitness with a spirit of adventure.
My goal is to bring the joy of mindful movement to every client I work with, inspiring them to discover the transformative power of Pilates in their own lives. - Jenny

Klaudia - Studio Owner & Certified Teacher

Pilates Class was born from my deep passion and unwavering love for supporting women in every stage of life. My mission is to empower women to move with ease and grace, to breathe fully and intentionally, and to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies - now and for decades to come. Through the Pilates method, I strive to help you stay independent, mobile, and injury-free as you age, while also supporting recovery and rehabilitation when needed.

I have extensive experience and genuine dedication to working with older generations, post-rehabilitative clients, and women’s specific health needs. My journey in movement began at the age of five, when I joined a Russian ballet school in Poland and trained for hours every day. In my teens and early twenties, I turned to yoga, and after moving to Canada in 2016, I followed my calling to change careers and dedicate my life to what I truly love - helping people move well. I became a personal trainer and yoga teacher, always valuing mobility and flexibility just as much as strength.

In the winter of 2022, a snowboarding accident left me with a fractured bone in my spine and barely able to move. Thanks to my years of mobility practice, strong and flexible muscles, and dedication to movement, I returned to work in just three weeks - without therapy, medication, or a brace. That experience opened my eyes to the imbalance in conventional training methods, and it was then that I fell in love with Pilates. I am profoundly grateful to have trained with senior teachers at the Vancouver Pilates Centre, completing their comprehensive teacher training program.

In 2023, I founded Pilates Class to combine my passion for a healthy, active lifestyle with my commitment to women’s health. Our mission is to help you integrate sustainable movement habits into your life through Pilates, while creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where every woman feels seen, cared for, and empowered. - Klaudia
