Group Class Schedule

All classes are 50 min. long
Packages are to be used within 2 months and are non-refundable
One private class is required prior to joining the semi-private and group classes
Min 5 appointments led by a teacher are required prior to joining the open gym
Maximum of 3-4 clients per group class
